Do you clean during the day or at night?+

Nightly service is standard — crews arrive after business hours, clean overnight, leave before first arrivals. Daytime porter service is handled by our Foyen division for Class-A buildings that need both.

Is it the same crew every night?+

Yes. When you sign a contract, a dedicated crew is assigned. Same people every night. If a crew member is sick or on vacation, a trained backup (already oriented on your site) fills in.

What does photo-documented QA mean?+

Priority areas (lobbies, boardrooms, executive floors, client-facing kitchens) are photographed after each clean. Photos are delivered to your facility contact either nightly or bundled weekly based on your preference. Transparent quality, no debates.

Can you handle security-cleared or restricted-access areas?+

Yes. Law firms with client-privilege areas, finance with restricted-trading floors, executive offices. Personnel vetted for higher-clearance environments, signed NDAs, background checks at enhanced level.

How is the scope of work documented?+
